A NEW ADVENTURE

Almost two years ago, I rustled up the courage to announce to the world that my first novel was available for pre-order. Last year, around this time, I announced the impending arrival of my third novel.

So, what better way to celebrate this second anniversary than to announce my next big project!

THIS LITTLE NOVEL WENT TO MARKET

Now, I’m only in the earliest stages of working on this new series. But Seth Godin (if you’re marketing your own books and don’t know who that is, get thee to Amazon!!) says you should start marketing a new book three years before it comes out.

If you’ve been following along with me here, then you know I did absolutely zero pre-marketing for Black Wolf. That means I was already years behind where I should have been when I released it. I’ve been lucky I’ve sold any copies, let alone the number I have. That’s what I get for being too nervous to shout my dreams from the rooftops!

So, this time I’m doing things differently and getting started right now. I say all that to inform you, reader friends, that I’ll be changing things up a bit around here again. Over the next few months, I’ll be ramping up the info I’m sharing about the new series.

A PEEK BEHIND THE CURTAIN

I’ve stayed pretty secretive as I’ve worked on The Black Wolf Series. This time, I’m hoping to really take my readers on a journey with me as I bring this new series into existence. From world building and character development to book covers and publication timelines, I’m looking forward to sharing it all! I’m excited to offer a peek behind the curtain and I hope you’ll join me on this new adventure.

Finally, a note: this will be the last post in which I don’t mention the name of this new series – I’m only avoiding it here to prevent spoilers for folks who don’t get a chance to watch the video right away. Next time, I’ll be diving right in. You’ve been warned ❤
